2. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated on a server provided by Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

When you access the website, the web server automatically processes the following data: IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, amount of data transferred, HTTP status code, referrer URL, and browser type and operating system (user agent).

Purpose: delivering the website, ensuring stability and security, and detecting and preventing attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional website).
Retention: log files are deleted automatically after 14 days.

3. Contact by email or phone

If you email us, we process your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message in order to deal with your request. If you call us, we likewise process your phone number and the content of the call only to deal with your request.

Our mailbox is provided by united-domains GmbH, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany, as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures; otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
Retention: we delete your data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. under German commercial or tax law) apply.

4. No cookies, no storage in your browser

This website sets no cookies and stores no data in your browser (no local storage). It contains no scripts. Fonts and graphics are loaded exclusively from our own server.

5. No disclosure, no third-country transfers

We do not pass your data on to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so. Visiting this website does not involve any transfer of data to countries outside the EU or EEA.
